Frequently Asked Questions

1) How long will the installation of my new kitchen take?

The majority of installations will be completed within 7 working days but will depend on the complexity of the job. We understand that not having a working kitchen is a huge inconvenience to any household and will do our best to minimise the disruption.

2) Will it take longer to have a granite, engineered stone or solid surface worktop installed.

Yes. Stone worktops require templating with the installation happening 7-10 later. Some, but not all, solid surface tops require templating as well, with a similar lead time to installation.

3) Will you dispose of my existing kitchen for me?

Yes, we will remove all units and have them disposed of, before installing your new kitchen.

4) Do you supply appliances?

Absolutely! We specialise in Siemens products but are able to supply a huge range of appliances from many brands and at very competitive prices.

5) How much will the fitting cost be?

This varies hugely with each kitchen, depending on size and the type of units. Fitting tends to cost between £1,200 for a small, simple kitchen up to around £2500 for an extremely large one.

6) What are your payment terms?

Once you have designed your kitchen and signed a contract we ask for a deposit. We have never found it necessary to take large deposits. The amount will vary from job to job, depending on supplier demands, but will usually be 15% of the total cost. Some worktop suppliers ask for a 50% deposit at the point of order. If this applies, this will be included in the deposit payment. The balance on all the goods will need to paid on or before delivery, with the fitting cost payable on completion.

7) What guarantee do you offer?

Everything we sell and do is guaranteed for 10 years with the exception of electrical goods which carry the relevant manufacturer’s warranty.

8) Are you insured?

Yes, we carry full public liability insurance.

9) Who will supervise the installation of my kitchen?

Our expert, Graham, will regularly visit your home throughout installation and no kitchen is signed off without his approval.
