Frequently asked kitchen questions

1) How long will the installation of my new kitchen take?

The majority of installations will be completed within 7 working days but will depend on the complexity of the job. We understand that not having a working kitchen is a huge inconvenience to any household and will do our best to minimise the disruption.

3) Will it take longer to have a granite, engineered stone or solid surface worktop installed?

Yes. Stone worktops require templating with the installation happening 7 - 10 days later. Some, but not all, solid surface tops require templating as well with a similar lead time to installation.

4) What are your payment terms?

Once you have designed your kitchen and signed a contract we ask for a deposit. We have never found it necessary to take large deposits. The amount will vary from job to job but will usually be the cost of the electrical goods which will be purchased with your deposit. Some worktop suppliers ask for a 50% deposit with order. If this applies then this will be included in the deposit payment.

The balance on all the goods will need to paid on or before delivery with the fitting cost payable on completion.

5) What guarantee do you offer?

Everything we sell and do is guaranteed for 5 years with the exception of electrical goods which carry the relevant manufacturers warranty.
